Our platform hosts a comprehensive suite of Apps converging Advertising, Marketing and Demand Planning needs of 1000s of Merchants and Sales Channel Partners for Retailers and Brands respectively. The world of co-op marketing, while being 100+ years old and a $150+ Billion industry as of 2019, is riddled with elementary, archaic and fragmented processes (sometimes non-existent). We believe this part of the industry is ready to get disrupted by embracing digitization and technology.

Retail Media Monetization can yield upto 8% of revenue as ad monetization income, contributing directly to the bottom line of the retailers we work with. And we are in pursuit of democratizing Retail Media Technology.

Role Introduction

As a HumanResources intern, you will work closely with the HR team on a diverse set of responsibilities to improve talent acquisition and talent management processes. This is a ground-level execution role that will not only build your expertise and experience in the various aspects of Human Resources but also gives you the opportunity to start your career in the startup ecosystem.

What will you do @

  • Screening to determine fit (technical and cultural) and champion interview process for potential candidates. Work with the executive team to fasttrack the hiring process for potential fits.

  • End-to-end interview management - scheduling, coordinations, followups

  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities and recruitment data to share with the team.

  • Referral probing and improving Referral culture. Ensuring referrals are being interviewed within defined SLAs and feedback is being shared to the referrers proactively.

  • Manage new employee onboarding; create and maintain onboarding materials.

  • Be the go-to person for any requests regarding workplace support.

  • Participate in planning and organizing team-building events and assist in cultivating a collaborative, friendly and fun work environment.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve employer brand and candidate experience.

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

  • Responsible for post-offer management

You will be a great fit, if you have:

  • Degree in Engineering or Masters in HR

  • Sincere desire to learn the field of human resources, and a strong desire to serve others 

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information 

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - ability to convey clear and impactful messages through various channels across levels and building strong, productive relationships.

  • Excellent analytical & data skills - comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our processes smarter and more efficient.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products

  • High level of curiosity and drive

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple task requirements simultaneously

  • exceptional persistence to excel in a quickly changing and unstructured environment

  • 0-1 year of experience in recruitment related roles

  • Experience in sourcing and using Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS) can earn you brownie points
