Job Role in Brief - Management Trainee -
We, at OS, are looking out for an eager, motivated Management Trainee to join our growing organization, to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.
During your traineeship, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you’ll support our management team with daily tasks such as allocating budget and crafting performance reports. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important management trainee qualifications you should have.

Typical work week looks like –
Take charge of identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, executing analysis, and presenting findings to team members and in some cases, new or existing client stakeholders
Receive training and perform duties in several departments such as Marketing, Sales & Business Development, Operations, Market Research
Learning various practices, operations, management viewpoints and company policies affecting each phase of the business.
Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position
Report on the progress of goals and objectives
Monitor performance progress with management and key trainers
Observe our leaders to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, customer service as needed

Our ideal candidate should have –
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an Tier-1 accredited institute
1 to 2 years of experience in an analytical rigorous role will be a plus (e.g. Analytics, Consulting, Product)
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Attitude to make things happen - we are cerebral, and biased for action
Location – Pune; Joining – Immediate from Office as we’ve started working from office from 1st February 2021.
