Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Channel Partnerships to drive our expansion across APAC. In this role, you will develop and manage strategic partnerships with cloud providers, systems integrators, and consulting firms focused on Retail and AdTech industries. You will play a key role in expanding the adoption of our SaaS platform by aligning channel partner capabilities with our growth objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Expand Channel Partnerships:
Identify, recruit, and nurture partnerships with cloud providers, systems integrators, consulting firms, and other strategic partners within the Retail and AdTech ecosystems
Build joint go-to-market strategies (GTM) with partners to accelerate solution adoption and scale revenue opportunities
Ensure alignment between partners’ objectives and our SaaS solutions, driving impactful results for mutual success
Drive Revenue Growth through Partners:
Collaborate with partners to generate and qualify new business leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of enterprise sales opportunities
Create joint business plans (JBPs) and co-marketing campaigns with partners, focusing on targeted accounts and verticals
Align channel strategies with sales objectives to optimize deal flow and accelerate customer acquisition
Strategic Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align partner programs with our company’s strategic initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build enablement resources, ensuring partners are equipped to effectively position and sell our SaaS platform
Provide feedback loops and regular performance reports to track the effectiveness of partner-driven opportunities and suggest improvements
Market & Industry Insights:
Stay informed on trends within AdTech, Retail, and SaaS industries to identify new opportunities and competitive differentiators
Monitor cloud ecosystem developments, consulting trends, and systems integration partnerships to inform strategy and engagement initiatives
Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize partnership performance
Represent and Advocate for the Company:
Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits to enhance visibility and influence
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners, ensuring their success in delivering value to customers through our SaaS solutions
8-10 years of experience building, managing, and scaling partnerships in AdTech, Retail Tech, or Consulting industries.
Expertise in working with cloud providers, system integrators, consulting firms, and other technology partners.
Proven ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners.
Strong knowledge of SaaS-based business models and experience driving B2B sales growth through partnerships.
Demonstrated success in aligning cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales) to achieve business goals through partnerships.
Ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders and negotiate complex partnership agreements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy and optimize partnership performance.
