As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Osmos, you will empower our sales and customer success teams with the tools, resources, and strategies to engage prospects, close deals, and drive revenue. You’ll collaborate across teams to create impactful sales materials, refine messaging, and enhance content effectiveness.
Operational Support & Collateral Creation: Provide operational resources and support for the sales and business development teams by leveraging existing collaterals and developing new ones based on business teams' requirements.
Sales & Customer Success Support: Equip the sales and customer success teams with the resources and content needed for deal closures and effective cross-sell opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients needs to assist with sales strategies and materials. Identify potential clients, events, stakeholders, and conduct geo & client mapping. Maintain an updated database of relevant contacts.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain our internal CRM tool, Pipedrive, and ensure Pipedrive hygiene by keeping all data updated and accurate.
Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all sales enablement content.
Quality Assurance: Review and edit materials to ensure accuracy, branding, and adherence to OSMOS standards.
Responding to RFPs: Collaborate with pre-sales to craft winning responses to client RFPs, increasing the likelihood of securing deals.
Analyze Content Effectiveness: Measure the impact of sales materials on deal success and iterate based on insights.
Qualifications?
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in sales enablement, B2B SaaS sales, or marketing.
Proven experience creating impactful sales collateral and messaging strategies.
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, adtech, or retail media.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and CRM software.
