Role Introduction

We’re looking for a driven, curious, and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their B2B sales career who’s eager to learn the ins and outs of retail media and SaaS selling. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, managing outbound efforts, and supporting senior sales reps through the early stages of the sales process.

You’ll gain first-hand experience in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in the continual expansion of our footprint.


What will you do @Osmos.ai

  • Prospect New Leads: Research and identify potential customers, including key decision-makers across retail and e-commerce companies.

  • Drive Outbound Campaigns: Execute targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns to spark interest and generate qualified leads.

  • Meeting Support: Attend discovery and pitch calls led by senior team members; capture detailed meeting notes, synthesize key insights and next steps and log to CRM.

  • Sales Support: Help prepare materials for discovery calls and demos led by senior team members.

  • CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of outreach, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM tools, maintaining a clear sales pipeline.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on retail media trends, competitive offerings, and industry events to support outreach strategies.

  • RFP Management: Own the process of completing RFPs/RFIs—collaborating closely with engineering, product, and leadership to gather the right technical and business inputs.

You will be a great fit, if you:

  • Have 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in ad-tech, martech, or e-commerce ecosystems

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Are comfortable reaching out to new contacts and handling rejection with resilience.

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong follow-up game.

  • Are curious and eager to learn about ad-tech, retail media, and SaaS sales processes.

  • Have familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
