Role Introduction
Monetize by Onlinesales.ai is a end-to-end ad monetization solution specifically designed for online retailers and marketplaces. As a subset to our product suite we have built an integration with Google Ad Manager targeted at online publishers who want to enable self-serve advertising and drive incremental revenues.
The Manager sales will be responsible for taking this solution to online publishers who are currently using Google Ad Manager. The focus geo will be India initially and depending on response this will be extended to other regions as well
We work in a fast paced environment where you will own the complete sales process. You will work with the existing product, business and marketing teams to build a custom GTM for the product
The role involves identifying and contacting potential customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of the Onlinesales.ai platform, and negotiating and closing sales
You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing customer relationships
Additionally you will also be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the product and the market, tracking sales activity and progress, and providing regular updates to the sales head.
Working with the different teams to ensure efficiency in the sales process
3-5 experience in SaaS sales in the India region
While experience in ad-tech, digital advertising and marketing would be an advantage we would be keen to connect in case you have relevant sales experience with any of these verticals

Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results.
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Knowledge of sales best practices and experience in helping to manage sales pipelines
Excellent written and verbal communication
High degree of excellence in creating decks, spreadsheets and formal business documentation.Comfortable using CRMs and other sales tools and platforms
Ability to work well within a fast-paced, highly focused and deadline driven environment
Comfortable with new technologies and concepts, great analytical skills and should be able to get a good understanding of the rapidly changing ecosystem that we operate in
