Built by ex-Amazon ad-tech experts, offers a future-proof Co-op Marketing (Hyperlocal) Operating System - accelerating digital transformation across Enterprise Brands & it's Channel Partner ecosystem. We are an Enterprise B2B SaaS startup, based out of Pune India. Several Enterprise OEMs across Auto, Retail and CPG verticals and 7000+ Channel Partners are leveraging to digitize Co-op Marketing budgets to personalize & localize Shopper experience at scale.

Role Introduction

As a Business Process Analyst, you would be a vital link between our customer success teams driving efficiency and client happiness. You must have strong analytical skills that could drive stories with a direct impact on clients’ revenue. Be able to prioritize major levers that drive client growth with strong business acumen. You are required to have strong communication skills and should be able to drive effective communication cross-functionally with both internal and external teams and a desire to drive significant growth of our business. You should also have project management & client onboarding experience 

What will you do @

  • Support Client Growth team with requests related to data analysis, report building, business, strategic and financial assessment through data

  • Monitor KPI’s on a daily basis and raise alarm for instances that are slowing down client growth 

  • Monitor progress w.r.t well-planned cadences, client tickets and client communications 

  • Maintain direct relationships with client POCs and partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value and reducing potential tickets

  • Supporting sales & client management function on various tasks 

  • Operate with little oversight, being both an executor and strategic thinker 

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external teams. 

You will be a great fit, if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data intelligence and analytics with a successful track record preferably in the E-Commerce vertical - Ad-tech experience on DSP will be preferred 

  • Thorough in data analytics, experience in excel and google sheets. Able to drive stories through analysis 

  • Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals 

  • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues from dashboards. Roadblocks anticipation, diagnosis problems, and generating effective solutions 

  • Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results.
