Our platform hosts a comprehensive suite of Apps converging Advertising, Marketing and Demand Planning needs of 1000s of Merchants and Sales Channel Partners for Retailers and Brands respectively. We currently serve 50,000+ brands across 12 countries globally.

Role Introduction

We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our vibrant Customer Success team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customer champions, focusing on research, data analysis, and the growth of our client happiness index.
To excel in this position, you should be comfortable in a client-facing role and possess strong social, analytical, and learning abilities. Your willingness to adapt to new software, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders are key attributes that will drive your success in this role.

What will you do @

  • Proactively engage with channel partners to identify and address their challenges.
  • Collaborate with both internal and client teams to collect accurate and reliable data for subsequent analytics.
  • Establish and enforce efficient and secure data handling and analysis procedures, with a keen focus on technical considerations.
  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Facilitate effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders

You will be a great fit, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier-1/ Tier-2 accredited institute
  • Any previous experience in roles such as customer success/ customer support/ Outbound calling/ similar can fasttrack your candidature
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in establishing, developing, and strengthening people relationships
