Several Enterprise OEMs across Auto, Retail, and CPG verticals and 7000+ Channel Partners are leveraging OnlineSales.ai to digitize Co-op Marketing budgets to personalize & localize Shopper experience at scale.

Role Introduction

As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will work on a diverse set of responsibilities to improve our talent acquisition efforts and processes. This is a ground-level execution role that will not only build your expertise and experience in the various aspects of Human Resources but also gives you the opportunity to start your career in the startup ecosystem.

What will you do @ OnlineSales.ai?

  • End-to-end interview management - scheduling, coordination, follow-ups.

  • Regularly track pipeline, priorities and recruitment data to share with the team.

  • Referral probing and improving Referral culture. Ensuring referrals are being interviewed within defined SLAs and feedback is being shared to the referrers proactively.

  • Be the go-to person for any requests regarding workplace support.

  • Participate in planning and organizing team-building events and assist in cultivating a collaborative, friendly and fun work environment.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve employer brand and candidate experience.

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

  • Create and publish standard and on-demand recruitment reports

You will be a great fit, if you have:

  • Degree in Engineering or Masters in Human Resources

  • A sincere desire to learn the field of human resources, and a strong desire to serve others

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - the ability to convey clear and impactful messages through various channels across levels and build strong, productive relationships.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products

  • High level of curiosity and drive

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple task requirements simultaneously

  • Exceptional persistence to excel in a quickly changing and unstructured environment

  • 0-1 year of experience in recruitment-related roles

  • Experience in sourcing and using Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS) can earn you brownie points
