Director - Enterprise Sales

Role Introduction:

We are currently seeking an Enterprise Tech Sales champion who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our SaaS product within India and APAC regions. You will be expected to establish and build new prospects/business in new and existing markets. The role will entail engaging with the clients directly as well as working closely with Channel Partners in respective regions

Role & Responsibilities:

● Consultative Sales approach to enable Enterprise Tech SaaS sales

● Growing Revenue via prospecting, qualifying, chasing and closing enterprise client accounts

● Establishing and nurturing relationships with channel partners in respective markets

● Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets

● Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle

● Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations

● Driving the sales ops process from tracking customer information, forecasts and reports

● Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data

and other sources for sales leads

● Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the

end users and channels.

Our ideal candidate should have:

● Must have experience selling Enterprise SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions or subscription based product to a diverse customer base

● Strong educational background with 5+ years of sales experience focused building and growing new business

● Proven track record for closing new deals with both large and mid-size companies and exceeding targets

● Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions

● Strong time management and organization skills

● Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building

● Proven track record of growing business from scratch/ground-up

● Consistent track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics

● Strong oral and written communication skills are a must

● Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
