Retail Media Monetization can yield upto 8% of revenue as ad monetization income, contributing directly to the bottom line of the retailers we work with. And we are in pursuit of democratizing Retail Media Technology.

Role Introduction

Monetize by is a end-to-end ad monetization solution specifically designed for online retailers and marketplaces. has built a globally leading retail monetization stack, enabling marketplaces to leverage their traffic and first party data to drive revenues between 5-8% of their GMVs from ad monetization. We have more than 20+ clients like Blibli, Bukukas ( Lummo Shop) Takealot, 1mg, TataCliq, Purplle , Blibli etc that are live with us and use the solution.

The Manager Sales will be responsible for taking this solution to marketplaces and online retailers with a focus on Indonesia with an eventual scale up to other countries and regions.

What will you do @

We work in a fast paced environment where you will own the complete sales process. You will work with the existing product, business and marketing teams to build a custom go to market strategy for Indonesia 

  • The role involves identifying and contacting potential customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of the platform, and negotiating and closing sales

  • You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing customer relationships

  • Additionally you will also be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the product and the market, tracking sales activity and progress, and providing regular updates to the sales head. 

  • Working with the different teams to ensure efficiency in the sales process 

You will be a great fit, if you have:

  • 3-5 experience in SaaS sales in the Indonesia region

  • Experience in either of the following 

    • Adtech, Ad Monetization solutions 

    • Selling solutions, servicing or working with eCommerce marketplaces 

    • SaaS solution sales to C-Level executives in large and medium online enterprises 

  • Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams 

  • Knowledge of sales best practices and experience in helping to manage sales pipelines 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High degree of excellence in creating decks, spreadsheets and formal business documentation.Comfortable using CRMs and other sales tools and platforms 

  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced, highly focused and deadline driven environment

  • Comfortable with new technologies and concepts, great analytical skills and should be able to get a good understanding of the rapidly changing ecosystem that we operate in
