To continue driving our impressive growth, we are seeking to add a Wizard of "Light Bulb Moments" to our team. We are seeking a problem solver, responsible for the growth of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the leadership team in planning the product roadmap

  • Help in developing and implementing product vision and strategy

  • Coordinate with the business teams to prioritize product features and communicating the same to all stakeholders

  • Driving product adoption of existing and new features. Implement usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirements. 

  • Get the feedback from end user and own the overall product quality

  • Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities

  • Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners

  • Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver prioritized features on time

  • Understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation

  • Identify key metrics that matter - experience and performance (non functional) - and monitor them closely.

  • Keen understanding of what to do in a hard situation, as each project will have unforeseen circumstances or challenges that will be unique. This requires adjusting and knowing what options are available to implement the appropriate plan changes.

  • Own the success of the product from Adoption and Revenue perspective


Our ideal candidate should have:

  • A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment 

  • Enjoy talking about technical concepts, have great analytical skills, and would be comfortable explaining how OnlineSales.ai works to a range of audiences 

  • Excited by working with a product that is constantly evolving

  • Experience with Project Management tools like Trello, JIRA, able to create low-fi and high-fi mockups using Balsamiq, Sketch, or any tool

  • Good to have knowledge about tools like Postman, curl, rest api, how web works, etc

  • Data driven decision making. Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau,, etc. is good to have

  • Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Marketing Automation, Customer Communication, Product Personalization, App and A/B testing frameworks

  • At least 7+ years of experience in a Product / SaaS product company.
