Role Introduction

We are seeking to add a Wizard of "Light Bulb Moments" to our team - aka Product Lead. This candidate will act as a glue across the business unit. A solid problem solver who can drive the product roadmap, product adoption and product led revenue by stitching together dots across internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering and customer success) and external stakeholders (clients, influencers and channel partners).

Scope & Responsibilities

● Work with the product leadership team in influencing & driving the product roadmap

● Own the process across the entire product development lifecycle - from collecting feedback from business & clients, to prioritize product features, to translating it to tech-ready specs and communicating the status across stakeholders

● Driving product adoption and product led revenues by working closely with sales and customer success teams

● Donning the Product marketing hat to evangelize the product features and important releases by working closely with the marketing team

● Implement and drive Client Advisory Board to get frequent first-hand feedback towards the product roadmap & product quality

● Have strong product solutioning skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities and thinking through extensibilities

● Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners

● Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver prioritized features on time

● Understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation

● Identify key metrics that matter - experience and performance (non functional) - and monitor

them closely

● Own the success of the product from Adoption and Revenue perspective

Role Requirements

● A start-up mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment

● Enjoy talking about technical concepts, have great analytical skills, and would be comfortable explaining how works to a range of audiences

● Excited by working with a product that is constantly evolving

● Experience with Project Management tools like Trello, JIRA, able to create low-fi and high-fi mockups using Balsamiq, Sketch, or any tool

● Good to have knowledge about tools like Postman, curl, rest api, how web works, etc

● Data driven decision making. Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc. is good to have

● Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Marketing Automation, Customer Communication, Product Personalization, App and A/B testing frameworks

● 5+ years of experience in a Product / SaaS product company.
