As a Director of Sales, you’ll represent Onlinesales.ai’s brand and lead relationships with key accounts, prospects and strategic partners globally to drive key revenue goals for the company.
You will be responsible for driving sales & GTM to achieve Sales & Revenue targets for the region that could span India, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, etc . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, identify market opportunities, amplify the GTM via channel partnerships, and build strong Client relationships.
New Client acquisition in the region via direct sales and partnerships
Meet / exceed the periodic revenue targets
Responsibility for all aspects of consultative selling including territory / pipeline management, opportunity identification and generation, understanding & analysis of the business challenges, leading POCs, demos, presentations, quotes / pricing, negotiation and other sales activities
Maintaining accurate and precise sales forecast in CRM
Additionally there is a strong emphasis on partnerships so this role will be responsible for all aspects of partner management, prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment, structuring and negotiation of new engagement models/commercials, and ongoing partner management
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive demand generation activities and develop effective sales collateral
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
Overall 7 - 10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS industry with a proven track record of successfully achieving revenue targets.
Background in Adtech / Retail / eCommerce is a huge plus
Strong knowledge of the APAC/ MEA/ other international markets, including key industries, customer segments, and market dynamics with existing CxO Level relationships
Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals
Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results.
