Role Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting the Customer Success Department. He/she will be working closely with the team to conduct research, capture data, and attend meetings.

To be successful as an Intern, one should be willing to help with the tasks assigned. He/She will be involved in projects and scope of work will not be limited to a single client. Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Data management concepts like data sourcing , data lineage, data quality controls, data governance and analyzing various datasets to gather valuable insights.

  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data.

  • Implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.

  • Coordinate and Manage the healthy relationship with the cross functional team (CFT) to carry out day to day responsibilities.

  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an Tier-1/2 accredited institute

  • Fresher/1-2 years of experience in an analytical role will be a plus.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Attitude to make things happen 

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Team player

  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop and enhance customer relationships

  • Work from office
