Role Introduction
"At OnlineSales.ai, we are looking for a talented UI/Visual Designer with a passion for creating visually engaging and cohesive designs that elevate user experiences. This role offers an opportunity to take ownership of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability, while bringing creativity and innovation to every pixel. As a core member of our team, you will collaborate closely with UX designers, the UX manager, and cross-functional teams to craft delightful visuals, animations, and prototypes that breathe life into our platform. What will you do @ OnlineSales.ai?
Own the Design System: Maintain, scale, and refine our design system, creating reusable components that ensure visual consistency across the platform.
Create Stunning Visuals: Design high-quality illustrations, icons, and animations that align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience.
Prototype and Animate: Develop high-fidelity prototypes with engaging interactions and animations to make the platform experience lively and intuitive.
Mentor and Guide: Collaborate with and mentor UX designers on visual best practices, ensuring design excellence across the team.
Review and Refine: Conduct quality checks and provide feedback on visuals to maintain a high standard of design across all deliverables.
Support Demos and Screens: Assist the team with visual assets and screens for product demos and marketing needs whenever required.
Collaborate with the UX Manager: Align with the UX manager to deliver impactful designs that meet business and user needs.
You will be a great fit, if you have:
You’ll be a great fit if you have 2+ years of experience in UI/Visual Design, a degree or strong portfolio, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and design systems. You excel at creating stunning visuals, advanced prototypes, and animations while ensuring visual consistency across platforms. You’re a self-starter with strong organizational skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have experience mentoring designers and guiding visual design practices. Bonus if you bring expertise in motion design, Figma libraries, or SaaS experience!
