As a Business Analyst, you would be a vital link between our customer success team & the data science team. You must have strong analytical skills that could drive stories with a direct impact on clients’ revenue. Be able to prioritize major levers that drive client growth with strong business acumen.
The candidate is required to have strong communication skills and should be able to drive effective communication cross-functionally with both internal and external teams and a desire to drive significant growth of our business.
Prioritization of business, strategic and financial assessment through data
Monitor KPI’s on a daily basis and raise alarm for instances that are slowing down client growth
Monitor progress w.r.t defined goals of the Joint Business Plan with well-planned cadences
Able to share levers with the management team that drive the levers into potential growth
Be accountable for success metrics and partner growth
Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating value
Operate with little oversight, being both an executor and strategic thinker
Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external teams.
Overall 2+ years of experience in data intelligence and analytics with a successful track record preferably in the E-Commerce vertical - Ad-tech experience on DSP will be preferred
Thorough in data analytics, experience in excel and google sheets. Able to drive stories through analysis
Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation to achieve goals
Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues from dashboards. Roadblocks anticipation, diagnosis problems, and generating effective solutions
Experience building and managing relationships with senior business leaders, both internally and externally
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams, managing initiatives at scale, and delivering results.
